Over 30 years of real estate experience.
After graduating from New Mexico State University Scott became partner in multiple Real Estate related companies before starting RealTek,Inc. He has experience in all facets of Real Estate from purchasing to finance management.
Scott founded RealTek in 2002 and since has purchased and closed thousands of properties. His expertise in the New Mexico Real Estate market has well established his reputation throughout the state.
Jill Stone, Co-Founder and Vice President
Over 30 years of real estate experience.
Jill began her Real Estate career in Washington State before moving to New Mexico. She started in the foreclosure industry working with a trustee company followed by purchasing contract acquisitions.
She then founded Realtek, Inc. in 2002 with Scott Harenberg.
With her strong desire for community involvement she has allowed Realtek, Inc. to be involved in many charitable causes.
Bethany Harenberg, Vice President of Acquisitions
14 years of real estate and business experience.
After graduating from New Mexico State University in 2010 Bethany carried out her Marketing Degree working for multiple companies. She has also owned and operated multiple businesses on her own.
With her Marketing background she has allowed RealTek, Inc. to positively communicate with multiple buyers and sellers in our market.
In 2018 she became the Southern NM Territorial VP of Acquisitons, allowing us to expand our services to the Southern Region of the State.
Nathan Rose, Research Specialist
4 years of real estate and business experience.
An Albuquerque native, who left for many years and lived overseas came back to the Land of Enchantment to start his education at the University of New Mexico. Nathan graduated in 2018 with a degree in Business with a concentration in entrepreneurship.
In 2018, Nathan joined the RealTek team and has been an incredible asset to our growth. His expertise in research has allowed RealTek to positively help homeowners in distress.
Paul Andersen, Acquisitions Specialist
Over 19 years of business ownership and land sales and purchases.
Paul, a Las Cruces native, graduated in 2006 with a Finance degree from New Mexico State University. He carried out his carrier in the oil and gas industry as a landman specializing in the purchasing process of oil rights and gas rights. He has also owned and operated his own businesses.
Recently, Paul joined the RealTek team as an acquisitions specialist. His knowledge of land purchasing has been a great asset to our company.
Josh Schwanitz, Acquisitions Specialist
Over 13 years of real estate sales and business experience.
With his expertise in negotiations and sales he has catapulted himself to great heights in the New Mexico Real Estate Industry.
With his 14-year history of maintaining investment relationships in our local market he has provided incredible help and knowledge to individuals during the Foreclosure and Planning Estate process.
